Terms of use

These terms cover aislesinventory.com, its Markdown and JSON page copies, the read-only API at /api/v1, and the MCP server at /mcp (including apps and connectors in AI assistants that use it). Questions: aburow@nd.edu.

What Aisles is

• Aisles publishes product availability and prices as reported by retailers for specific physical stores, with the time each was last checked. Aisles does not verify stock in person, and availability can change at any time.
• Aisles is an information source, not a store. It does not sell products, take orders or handle payments. Purchases happen on the retailer's site or in its store, under the retailer's terms.
• Information is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or availability. Confirm with the store before a special trip. Aisles is not responsible for losses from relying on a listing.

Using the site, the API and the MCP server

• Free to use for looking up products and stores, including through AI assistants. No account is needed.
• Please keep within the published rate limits and don't try to disrupt the service, get around its limits or access anything not publicly offered.
• When you quote or show Aisles information, please name the retailer that reported it, say when Aisles last checked, and link the Aisles page. Product names, trademarks and images belong to their owners.
• Some purchase links may be affiliate links when a retailer's program has approved Aisles; each is labelled. See the methodology.
